Order your Searchable IDX Database Console and additional modules such as Our Listings, Featured Listings... Our product can be customized with your firm's creative theme and installed within your website so that your prospects stay with you while completing all of their property research.
 

1. Provide information: We will need the following information from you to set up your console. Please email it to us.

• Your firm name, address, phone, fax, general email address, website URL.
• A logo image no larger than 200 pixels wide X 180 pixels high and maximum file size 25K.
• A background image, or background color expressed in web format (i.e. #FFFFFF) or RGB or CMYK.
• Your preferred font color (i.e. #000080) which will show on the listings pages for improved readability. We suggest something other than black.
• A list of the towns or counties you serve and the MLS(s) to which you belong.
• At least one listing number you currently have so that we can locate you in the MLS database.

Don't let any of this be a stumbling block, call or email if you have questions or need help.

2. Provide payment and complete paperwork:

• Choose your pricing terms (monthly/quarterly or yearly at the service level we agreed on).
• Send payment by mail, OR provide credit card information by phone 802-496-4940, fax 802-329-2141, or securely online, https://secure.madriverweb.com/payCC if you wish to pay by MC and VISA only. Credit card information must include number, exp date, name as it appears, AND billing address that your statement comes to.
• OR, if you with to pay by PayPal and/or use another type of credit card, see buttons below.

Pay $210.00 IDX Service set-up (required).

Pre-pay up to the first two quarters of service based on our discussion (required).

Come back later (after above pre-payment period) and establish a recurring payment through PayPal (optional).

3. Complete paperwork: Email or fax us (802-329-2141) the page(s) of the NNEREN and/or MarketLinx IDX agreements that you and we are required to complete and sign, and then submit them. We will begin work when we receive your payment and once we receive approval from your MLS. Normally we can have you up within two weeks. For installation of additional modules, allow additional time.
