We've developed an economical Search Console for use on any member website.1 Our product can be customized with your firm's creative theme and integrated within your website so that your prospects stay with you while completing all of their property research.
We encourage you, however, to host with us. Having IDX data displayed within your website pages will improve the optimization of your website for search utilities. We have exceptional email spam filtering, too; stop those annoying emails that impact your productivity. Our service is fully customizable, available NOW,3 and a fraction of the cost to develop your own functionality.
Mad River Web was the first firm to offer the VREIN IDX service in 2002 and is now the first firm in Vermont to offer integrated VREIN and NNEREN listings! The content and pricing of the packages varies (see below), as does the listing content provided to us. We provide the data in a seamless integrated display,1 minimizing duplication of listings that have been entered into both systems.

- Real estate firms and/or agents must be members of the appropriate MLS(s), VREIN and/or NNEREN.
- Renewal fee not charged until after the completion of 6- or 12-month period

Prices subject to change without notice. Prices are for IDX service only and do not include website hosting (because IDX service is also offered to non-hosting clients). Hosting on our servers is $90 per quarter and is required for implementation of any custom layout and/or premium modules. Quarterly payments, if elected, must be made by credit card, VISA or MC preferred. View current rates for custom work. See terms and/or secure payment page. - Search consoles can be installed within a 2 working-day turnaround provided that we are not on vacation or holiday. Website development, specialized modules and custom functionality will require additional time.
- Towns will be mapped when street addresses are not provided in data.
- Non-MLS listings and rentals must be displayed separately from IDX data.
Searchable MLS Listings Console
Consumer specifies search criteria, which may be as brief as choosing
town, county and/or property type, clicks "Search"
Summary information is displayed for matching results. Consumer
clicks on properties of interest.
MLS Data is displayed for individual properties. Consumer can print
copy with your firm's contact information. Consumer emails you or fills out a form to obtain additional information.
Additional functionality such as "save search" or "save listing" is also available to the consumer. (See options described to left.)

A bit about the sources
The two MLSs, VREIN and NNEREN, have significantly different pricing structures for their IDX (internet data exchange) information and this is reflected in our rates. VREIN passes cost as necessary on to the member firm. NNEREN passes cost on to the 3rd party vendor (us).
